TIMES AND METHOD OF DELIVERY
Di Caro Pasquale srl (the supplier) will deliver the ordered products through various express couriers, depending on the area to be reached and the best services offered and based on the customer's needs in compliance with the quality of the product sent.
The supplier undertakes to process the order and deliver it to the courier within 24/48 h, except in cases of goods not immediately available or arriving, The order fulfillment times are provided purely as an indication, they do not in any case represent a contractual obligation, and could extend according to the number of requests.
Orders placed after 12:00 from Monday to Friday are shipped the next working day (unless the courier is unavailable).
The products purchased on the site will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase procedure.
Except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the ordered Products are normally delivered in Italy within 48/72 h from the evasion with a maximum term of 4 (four) working days starting from the working day following the one in which the Supplier has confirmed. the order to the Customer by means of a specific order confirmation email.
Delivery times may vary depending on other factors not directly controllable by the Supplier and not attributable to it (example: Sardinia, smaller islands and overload during holidays).
In the event that the Supplier is unable to ship within this deadline, the Buyer will be promptly notified by e-mail, indicating the deadline within which the order will be processed.
In case of absence of the customer at the time of delivery, a notice will be left and the customer will have to personally contact the courier as soon as possible in order to agree on the delivery methods. No responsibility can be attributed to Di Caro Pasquale srl in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order (art.1510 CC)

Shipping costs include insurance in case of accidents during transport
Shipping costs are variable, from € 8.40 to 11.70 based on the total kg of the products on the cart and less than € 75.00.
Gift Certificates are exempt from additional costs
Delivery is made by express courier. There is no delivery to the home or office floor. Delivery takes place at the following times: from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00, on weekdays and without notice.
Upon receipt of the package
Please check the conditions of the same.
Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, adding the words "collection with reserve for damaged package", or "collection with reserve for open package" or "collection with reserve for packages missing "on the accompanying document.
Any damage or hidden anomalies must be reported to the Di Caro Pasquale shop Customer Service by opening an anomaly file.
The request must be sent no later than 8 calendar days from receipt of the goods. Any report beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration.
The goods travel with packaging made directly by the manufacturer, or in cardboard boxes wrapped in transparent cellophane, or in cardboard boxes sealed with safety adhesive tape. Under no circumstances is courier tape or other closing materials used.
In case of delivery of the damaged product and visible from the outside, it is not necessary to accept the goods from the courier and therefore quickly communicate the refusal to our customer service by sending an email to email@example.com or call +39 092528900.
In the event that it is damaged when opening the package, it is necessary to document it with photos and send it to the email firstname.lastname@example.org requesting its intervention. In this case, all costs are borne by us. From time to time we will decide whether to send a whole new supply or supplement it only for damaged products.
